Thank you for choosing Polishing Planet. We are committed to getting our professional-grade polishing supplies into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible.
Shipping Locations & Carriers
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. United States coming soon!
All orders are shipped via Purolator, Canada Post,and UPS.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Claresholm, Alberta.
Shipping Rates & The Launch Bundle
For our initial launch, we are offering the Limited Edition 6-Piece Pro Wheel Bundle at an introductory price of $149.99 plus shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the bundle.
Coming Soon: As we expand our inventory to include individual wheels and rakes, we will offer Free Shipping on all orders over $199.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during our launch phase), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Damages
Polishing Planet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve Canada and the USA. For shipping inquiries outside of North America, please contact us at support@polishingplanet.com.
