The 12-Inch Aero-Cool™ Teal Ultra-Deep Color is our specialized "pre-mirror" wheel, engineered to bridge the gap between high-luster prep and the final show-finish stages. This is where the metal stops looking like silver and starts looking like a dark, liquid pool.

​The Science of Ultra-Deep Color

​Built in our signature Aero-Cool™ style, this wheel utilizes a premium, ultra-soft treated teal cloth. The 12-inch diameter generates the high surface velocity needed to generate just enough thermals to "flow" the final finishing compounds into the pores of the metal, eliminating micro-cloudiness and revealing the true, dark depth of the aluminum.

• ​Ultra-Soft Color Cotton: Crafted from a specialized, high-density teal cloth designed to hold fine-grade finishing bars. It provides the gentle friction necessary to pull out the richest possible color from the metal.
• ​Maximum SFM Coverage: The larger 12-inch profile allows for faster passes over large tanks and trailers, ensuring a consistent, streak-free deep color across the entire project before the final finish.

​Pro-Tip from the Shop:

​This is your Step 4. After you've cleared the haze with the Yellow wheel, switch to the Teal Ultra-Deep Color to pull that dark, mirror-like pigment out of the metal. Because of the 12-inch size, always use 5-inch centering plates for stability. Once you've achieved that deep "bottomless" look, you are ready for the final two stages: Aero-Cool™ Purple and White for the ultimate "Liquid Glass" finish.

​IMPORTANT: Proper safety and stability require 5-inch centering plates, which are not included with the individual wheel and must be purchased separately.
